Working Hours
In our endevour to provide 24 hour services, 7 days a week, we have a pilot line +254-20-802 3216 and cell phone number +254 722 802 315 +254 736 587 471 and all our management staff including driver/guides are equipped with mobile phones and can be reached any time their services are required.
Our normal working hours are 0800 hrs - 1800 hrs, Monday to Friday and 0900 hrs - 1700 hrs on Saturdays. On Sundays, you can use the pilot line +254-20-802 3216 or +254 722 802 315 to reach the Director at any time.
In addition, we have duty officers on public holidays for emergency and urgent matters who can be reached through the pilot line.

Being a service-oriented company that ensures client satisfaction to the best of our ability, our desire is to offer a personalized service to all our clients, establishing and enhancing a mutual relation. The services provided are at competitive levels, our emphasis being on quality.

Our staff is comprised of professionally trained Tour Consultants dedicated to the highest standard of client satisfaction. Most of them have served in different companies in different capacities bringing in with them a wealth of experience.

Car Rental Services
Any car rented from us will be charged at the market price, unless it is contracted for a longer term or there are more vehicles rented at the same time. Great Horizon Trails goes an extra inch in enriching our services by offering the following:-
1) Dropping the car to the point
2) Picking the car from the point
3) Providing a chauffeur
4) Changing the cars on a call-in
Transfers
We are able to arrange any transfer you require. The cost depends on the volume of business you bring to Great Horizon Trails and the distance and is negotiable. We also offer attractive corporate transfer rates.
Safaris
The backbone of our Company rests on tour related activities with which we recommend very interesting and challenging tailor-made excursions, Tours and safaris to suit your requirement and budget within East Africa. Outbound tours can also be arranged through our reliable overseas agents.
Safety and comfort whilst on safari are our top priorities, hence we have comprehensive insurance for all our safari vehicles, PSVs for all our driver/guides and we have fitted all our vehicles with VHF radios. Great Horizon Trails has a leading edge in all aspects of tours and safaris with professionally trained drivers/guides. However, we encourage our clients to have a temporary personal insurance which can be organised by us on request at an extra fee.
