Hours
In our venture to provide 24 hours
services, 7 days a week, all our management
staff including drivers are equipped with
mobile phones and can be reached any time
their service is required.
Our normal
working hours are 0800 hrs - 1800 hrs, Monday
to Friday and 0900 hrs - 1700 hrs on Saturdays.
There is always a member of staff in the
office over lunch hour and a skeleton staff
on standby on Sundays.
In addition,
we have duty officers on public holidays
for emergency and urgent matters who can
be reached over the telephone.

Rental Services
Any car rented from us will be charged at
the market price, unless it is contracted for a longer
term or there are more vehicles rented at the same
time. Great Horizon Trails goes an extra inch in enriching

Transfers
We are able to arrange any transfer you require.
The cost depends on the volume of business you bring

Our Tour department recommends very interesting
and challenging tailor-made excursions, Tours and
safaris to suit your requirement and budget within
East Africa. Outbound tours can also be arranged through
our reliable overseas agents.
Safety and comfort
whilst on safari are our top priorities, hence we
have fitted all our vehicles with VHF radios. Great
Horizon Trails has a leading edge in all aspects of
tours and safaris with professionally trained drivers/guides.
